My work is informed by many years of study & practice across counselling, Depth Hypnosis, Buddhist psychology, spiritual mentoring, shamanic healing & psychedelic-assisted therapy.
These approaches provide a foundation for inner work that honours the emotional, psychological & spiritual dimensions of each person’s experience.
