Mary Brock
Mary combines applied energy medicine, shamanic healing and Buddhist psychology to restore a felt sense of power, energy, clarity and wisdom that is highly beneficial in shifting past trauma, emotional, mental, energetic blocks, mental loops and repeating patterns.
Mary Brock was called to the path of service as a healer following a period of great mental, physical, and emotional suffering, which then led to a sudden shift in consciousness, a spiritual awakening, an immersion into oneness, awe, and wonder, with a deep-felt sense of connection with all.
Mary is a certified Spiritual Mentor and Depth Hypnosis Practitioner.
WAKING UP
Mary was called into service following a sudden spiritual awakening and mystical experiences, opening up an expanded consciousness, which began a process of deep inner healing and personal growth.
Mary began to ask much deeper questions; Why am I really here? What am I? What is my true purpose here? Beyond their meaning in the limited externally material-focused Western society.
ANSWERING THE CALL
Following some self-guided altered states and spontaneous visionary and energetic experiences Mary completed an 18-month Spiritual Guidance Mentor Training Certificate at Atlantic University, founded by Edgar Cayce, known as the “father of holistic medicine”. This course covered Dreamwork, Meditation, Creating a Meaningful Life, Spiritual Emergency and Principles & Practices of Spiritual Mentoring.
What a gift! The beautiful and inspiring Jewels Maloney, professor, Reiki master, healer and author, was Mary’s primary teacher and mentor. Mary was so thankful & grateful for Jewel’s teachings, her energy, her support and her vision to co-create. This training helped Mary further to expand her sense of self and connection with spirit. Mary will always hold a very special place in her heart for Jewels.
TRANSFORMING & TRANSMUTING
Mary began teaching people meditation and dreamwork; however, through these transformative tools, people were opening up to places that needed healing that she didn’t feel she had the tools to support.
With an inner calling to explore shamanic practices, Mary followed this inner knowing and began studies with Isa Guicciardi, the Foundation of the Sacred Stream, a school for consciousness studies. Over the coming years Mary immersed herself in studying Applied Buddhist Psychology, Applied Shamanism, Integrated Energy Medicine, Coming to Peace and Depth Hypnosis.
From within this safe, supportive container created by Isa and her team, and through the transformational healing processes used in Depth Hypnosis, Mary began the deep process of energetically healing aspects of her shadow related to core wounding and childhood traumas, coming to peace within and without, whilst strengthening her trust and deep inner connection with spirit.
This transforming and transmuting has affected every single relationship in Mary’s life, but most importantly, the inner relationship with herself and with spirit. Many relationships deepened, while others dropped away, no longer in energetic alignment. Shifting from co-dependence to inter-dependence.
Mary is forever grateful for the extensive knowledge and experience that Isa weaves into the healing modality she has developed over 20 years, and how meditations and journeys support each teaching work that serves to strengthen trust within oneself and connection with spirit.
Mary feels privileged and honoured to have walked this journey with Isa and her team. Through this work, Mary now stands confidently in her power as a healing practitioner with a rich scaffolding of tools and resources to help others expand their consciousness, heal trauma and re-unify the parts of the self that have been lost over time and space.
SERVING OTHERS - MY MISSION
As a certified spiritual counsellor, Mary is dedicated to helping relieve the suffering of others. Mary holds a sacred and confidential space for clients to process difficult or strong emotions and release energetic blocks and repeating patterns that are no longer serving them. These processes serve to heal and balance all parts of the self to create happier, healthier, more empowered and more meaningful lives.
Mary brings a compassionate and inquisitive beginner's mind, being open and receptive to receive and connect, embracing the mysteries of life and the universe and is comfortable with not knowing. Mary surrounds herself with healing daily rituals and environments that nourish her soul and fill her cup. Aiming to establish healthy boundaries for herself and others.
Mary wishes to acknowledge the lineage of all of her teachers and guides as their knowledge and experience flow within and through her as she is mentoring and supporting her clients in deepening their inner connection so they, too, can step into an empowered place of self-healing and growth.
